Flexibility training improves the range of motion of your joints and muscles while also decreasing the risk of injury. We believe this class is vital for all adults practicing any sport but also for anyone who simply wants a relaxing class to stretch out the kinks in the body.
In each session we complete a thorough full body warm-up, focusing on cardio and dynamic movement to get the muscles supple and ready to stretch.
Then we soften the lights, put on some chill music and we slow down. We stretch all areas of the body while focusing on even, deep breathing so that we can get into our end range of movement comfortably and safely. By the end of the class you’ll feel more centred and calm and we know you’ll sleep much better afterwards too!
