The art of Trapeze dates back to the mid 1800's and this magical apparatus is now the basis of an incredible fitness class at Fierce! Using our unique curriculum we will teach you a wide variety of tricks and poses on the Trapeze.
We incorporate strength and conditioning exercises both on and off the Trapeze as well as a variety of full body stretches to keep you mobile and supple.
